Location: Southern/Central New Hampshire -- field-based, dispatched from home.

We are seeking an experienced Level 3 HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of hands-on experience, can complete repairs independently, and takes pride in delivering professional customer service. This role also supports the development of Level 1 and Level 2 technicians and participates in a rotating on-call schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Service rooftop units, walk-in coolers and freezers, refrigerated cases and ice machines. Perform preventive maintenance, system cleaning, filter replacement, coil washing, performance inspections, and calibration.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and complete repairs with minimal supervision.
- Train and provide technical support to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
- Accurately record labor, materials, job details, and customer approvals using Service Titan and company-provided tablets.
- Communicate regularly with dispatchers and office staff regarding job status, documentation, and service needs.
- Follow company safety procedures, including PPE and fall-protection requirements.
- Maintain the assigned company vehicle and uphold a professional appearance and attitude.
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule from Friday at 8:00 a.m. through the following Friday at 8:00 a.m.
- Travel throughout New England, including occasional overnight stays at company expense.
- 5-8 years of hands-on commercial and/or residential HVAC/R experience.
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required. New Hampshire Gas Service Technician license required for technicians performing applicable gas work in New Hampshire.
- Ability to independently diagnose problems and complete HVAC/R repairs.
- Knowledge of applicable state and local codes and current industry standards.
- Must provide standard HVAC/R hand tools and commonly used personal power tools; company provides designated specialty equipment
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and perform effectively under pressure.
- Dependable, honest, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or with a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work on ladders, roofs, lifts, basements, attics, crawl spaces, and other confined or outdoor environments.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift heavier tools, equipment, or components weighing up to 75-100 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements. Employment is contingent on completion of job-related background and motor-vehicle-record checks, where permitted by applicable law.
- Full-time, W-2 employment.
- Pay: $35 - $45 per hour, depending on experience.
