Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic

Join a well-established Fixed Base Operator (FBO) in the heart of New Hampshire’s Lakes Region as an A&P Mechanic

In this role, you’ll perform maintenance and inspections on a variety of light piston single- and multi-engine aircraft
, including Cessna 172s, Piper Archers, FAA Part 135 Navajos, and other customer aircraft. This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills, work with a supportive maintenance team, and grow your long-term aviation career.

• Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on light piston aircraft.
• Maintain flight school aircraft, including Cessna 172s, Piper Archers, and other general aviation aircraft.
• Perform preventive maintenance to support safe and reliable flight operations.
• Ensure all maintenance work meets FAA regulations, safety standards, and airworthiness requirements.
• Identify and address aircraft discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding aircraft condition, maintenance needs, and priorities.

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification; IA is a plus.
• Experience working on single- and multi-engine aircraft preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible Monday–Friday schedule.
• Willingness to work a schedule that aligns with your availability, such as 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or an afternoon schedule.
