Erickson Senior Living in Charlestown is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and common areas. You will address electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, respond to emergencies, and maintain equipment per schedule.
Requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience in a residential setting, knowledge of building systems, EPA refrigerant certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
