  • Implement site drainage solutions to ensure the long-term structural integrity of the installation.
  • Build high-quality outdoor living features, including fire pits, seating walls, and kitchens.

  • Set precision forming and assist in pouring slabs with a strict focus on proper reinforcement, pitch, and grade.
  • Execute joint cutting and finishing techniques, including skilled power trowel operation.
Decorative Finishes & Artistry
  • Apply microtoppings and self-leveling overlays to create seamless, modern surfaces.
  • Execute high-level staining (acid, acetone, or water-based) and decorative stamping techniques.

Technical Prep & Protection
  • Perform critical substrate preparation using grinders and shot-blasters.
  • Conduct and record moisture vapor emission tests (calcium chloride or relative humidity) prior to resinous coatings.
  • Apply appropriate protective coatings, including acrylics, penetrating silanes, and high-wear polyurethane topcoats.
Restoration & Maintenance
  • Repair and restore existing concrete, addressing issues like delamination, spalling, and cracking.
  • Relevel sunken or shifted paver systems and apply professional-grade resealers.
Technical Qualifications
  • Experience:

Proven hands-on experience in decorative concrete, epoxy floor coatings, and advanced hardscaping.
  • Material Knowledge:
Strong understanding of mix designs, cure times, and the chemical application of stains, epoxies, and sealers.
  • Equipment Mastery:
Proficient and safe operation of power trowels, walk-behind floor grinders, laser levels, and masonry saws.
  • Attention to Detail:
Ability to read site plans and execute precise measurements and cuts.
