Rhude & Sons Contracting is looking for an experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead a 3–4 person crew on residential construction projects throughout the Lakes Region and Northern New Hampshire

• New Home Construction
• Additions & Renovations
• Framing, Siding, Decks, Windows & Doors
• Finish Carpentry & Interior Remodeling

• Lead and manage a 3–4 person crew
• Coordinate projects from start to finish
• Read plans and oversee daily jobsite operations
• Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintain quality workmanship, safety, and productivity
• Keep projects moving on schedule and within budget

• Experienced carpenter with leadership skills
• Ability to manage crews and solve problems independently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable and professional
• Pride in quality craftsmanship

• $30–$40/hour based on experience
