Bothdivisionsservegovernment,military,andhigh-endcommercialcustomerswhodemandzerocompromisesonsafety.

• Site Inspections&Audits(TAB&DCKV):
  
  Traveltojobsites(upto
  50% ofthetime),conductsafetyinspectionsonbothHVACandelectrical/controls projects,identifyhazards,collectcompliancedata.
  
  Documenteverythingwithphotosanddetailedfindings.
• Documentation&Records:
  
  Maintainsafetyfiles,training records,incident logs,andcompliancematerialsacrossbothdivisions.
  
  Keepeverythingorganizedandaudit-readyforOSHA.
• Training Coordination:
  
  Helpscheduletraining,track attendance,maintaincertificationdatabases,sendrenewalreminders.
  
  AssistwithtoolboxtalksandonboardingsessionstailoredtobothTABandDCKVwork.
• Incident Support:
  
  Whensomethinggoeswrong,you'repartoftheresponseteam.
  
  Collect details,coordinatewithinsurance/workers'comp,track follow-ups.
• Compliance Prep:
