Requirements Include:

• Commercial Experience
• Valid Plumbing License
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to work on diversified projects
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
• 1 year experience in the construction field with experience working with hand tools and from ladders and lifts
• Ability to accurately measure with and read a standard tape measure
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record and own reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Be reliable, punctual, have a great work ethic and be able to work in a team environment
• 5 + years commercial HVAC, a minimum of two years as a working foreman
• Strong experience in the installation of commercial HVAC equipment, sheet metal and associated components
• Experience with reading drawings, layout and managing jobs
• Ability to work independently and interface with General Contractors and Subcontractors
• 3 + years commercial HVAC equipment and sheet metal installation and associated components
• Experience with reading drawings and layout
