E&I Maintenance and Calibration Specialist

Your mission

Own the health of our electrical, instrumentation, and control systems—from preventive care to emergency response—while partnering with maintenance to deliver rock-solid uptime.

Key challenges you’ll tackle

Champion safety by adhering to all policies and safe work procedures, every task, every time.

Locate, diagnose, and resolve instrumentation and control malfunctions.

Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on a broad range of devices.

Keep meticulous logs and calibration records.

Install new controls, including associated power wiring and terminations.

Build out cabling and power distribution; install and maintain MCCs.Service/replace motors and lighting equipment.

Conduct general electrical maintenance across the facility.

Support cross-functional maintenance efforts; other related duties as assigned.

What sets you up for success

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
6+ years of electrical experience preferred; 3+ years focused on instrumentation preferred.

Hands-on PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley; Siemens exposure beneficial).Experience configuring and troubleshooting VFDs preferred.

Ability to read P&IDs, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

Understanding of DCS platforms.

Comfort with systems operating at 480V and below.

Team-first attitude; willing to assist maintenance and other crews when needed.

Broad maintenance exposure preferred; mechanical inclination is a plus.

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs; work at heights and in confined spaces; bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.

Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
