Residential Youth Counselor – 4-Day Work Week | Rumney, NH
Pay:Up to $19/hour
Schedule:Wednesday–Saturday (4 consecutive days, 3 days off every week!)
Location:Rumney, NH – Nestled in the beautiful White Mountains
We’re hiring Residential Youth Counselors (Direct Care Professionals / Direct Support Professionals) to guide and inspire at-risk youth in a therapeutic residential setting.

Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking compassionate Residential Youth Counselors
to mentor and support adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting. You’ll play a vital role in helping youth build coping skills, social skills, and confidence for a brighter future.
- Supervise and mentor youth, model positive behaviors, and manage crises.
- Facilitate daily routines, recreational activities, and life skills training.
- Support individualized treatment plans and document progress.
Build trusting relationships and provide emotional stability during challenging moments.
Qualifications- Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience.
- Valid driver’s license preferred; must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
