Position: RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR

Resident Supervisor – Newport, NH

NFI North is seeking a Second Shift Supervisor for one of our Specialized Residential Homes in Newport, NH. This role will augment our existing continuum of care, supporting adults living with Serious Mental Illness or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness and complex medical needs. Participants residing in these treatment facilities are seeking independent, home‑like living.

Responsibilities
  • Supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and participants for the designated shift.
  • Assist the Assistant Program Director in carrying out the program operations responsibilities.
  • Responsible for medication administration and all medical management on shift.
  • Member of the management team with on‑call responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years’ experience with this client population.
  • At least one year of supervisory/management experience.
