Mount Prospect Academy seeks a compassionate Youth Counselor to support at-risk youth in our Community & Social Services department. In this onsite role, you will provide daily supervision, mentoring, and life-skills coaching in a structured, trauma-informed environment. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will help implement individualized treatment and behavior plans, support academic and therapeutic goals, document progress, and assist with crisis prevention and de-escalation.
