Position: CLINICAL CASE MANAGER
Location: Newport

Overview

We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated staff who want more than just a job—people who want to be part of building this new, dynamic team to continue our work to make a difference in people’s lives. NFI North is seeking two full-time Clinical Case Managers, Monday–Friday, at our 16-bed adult program which has been relocated to Arbor View in Newport, NH.

This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services, case management, and life skills for adults living with mental illness who are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get back into the community by volunteering, gaining employment, and transitioning into apartments with the support of our amazing staff team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide case management and clinical services to assigned participants, administrative duties, and supporting participants with financial information, benefits management, and supported employment.
  • Provide training and support to staff in these areas.
  • Part of on-call rotation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in the human services field required and four years’ related experience and/or training with client population.
  • Experience with supported employment activities and Medicaid and benefits management knowledge are preferred.
