Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking dedicated Residential Youth Counselors to support and inspire adolescents in our residential treatment program in Pike, New Hampshire. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping youth while building valuable experience in behavioral health and human services.

Key Responsibilities- Mentor and supervise youth while modeling positive behavior
- Support daily routines, recreational activities, and life skills development
- Assist with individualized treatment plans and psychosocial education
- Provide emotional support and help youth develop healthy coping skills
- Document services, progress, and incidents accurately
- Starting pay at $19 dollars per hour

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or 60 college credits, or relevant experience
- Two years of experience working with youth or seven years of parenting experience considered
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background checks
