What You’ll Do

Provide a safe, supportive environment for adolescents during overnight hours. Help guide routines, offer crisis support, and foster personal growth and healing. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact.

Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR 60 college credits
  • OR 2 years of full-time experience working with children
  • OR any combination of credits in human services & experience totaling 2 years
  • OR 7 years of parenting experience
Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license & 21+ years of age
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Background & pre-employment checks
