Easterseals NH is seeking a Youth Support Specialist to empower adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth as they transition into adulthood. You will build supportive relationships and provide educational and career guidance to help students grow and thrive in their communities.
The role is full-time and located in New Hampshire. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:15am–2:15pm, with a comprehensive benefits package and a career ladder opportunity based on experience and education.
