What You'll Do- Support and mentor youth in a therapeutic residential setting
- Help youth develop life skills and healthy coping strategies
- Lead recreational, educational, and community activities
- Foster positive relationships and serve as a role model
- Create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where youth can thrive
