Salary Range: $62,400.00 To $68,640.00 Annually

Early Supports & Services (ESS) Program | NH Seacoast Region

At Waypoint, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, communicate, and thrive. We also believe that families are a child's first and most important teachers. That's why our Early Supports & Services team partners with families where they are—providing compassionate, individualized support that helps children reach their fullest potential during the most critical years of development.

We're looking for a dedicated and caring Speech Language Pathologist to join our Early Supports & Services (ESS) team serving children and families throughout New Hampshire's Seacoast region.

If you're passionate about early childhood development, value meaningful relationships with families, and want the flexibility to create a rewarding work-life balance while making a lasting impact, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

As an In-Home Speech Language Pathologist, you'll provide early intervention services for infants and toddlers, birth through age three, who are experiencing developmental delays or challenges related to communication and speech.

Working in partnership with families, you'll assess developmental needs, create individualized strategies, and coach caregivers in supporting their child's growth through everyday routines and activities. Rather than focusing only on the child, you'll empower the entire family with tools, confidence, and support that create meaningful progress long after your visit ends.

This position is based out of our Stratham office and serves families throughout the Seacoast region. CFY could be considered for the right candidate.

What You'll DoSupport Children During Their Most Important Years
  • Conduct developmental evaluations and assessments related to speech, language, communication, and feeding when applicable.
  • Provide family-centered early intervention services in children's natural environments, including homes and community settings.
  • Develop individualized strategies that support communication, language development, and overall participation in daily routines.
Partner with Families
  • Coach and support caregivers in building communication skills through everyday interactions and activities.
  • Collaborate with families to identify priorities, set meaningful goals, and celebrate progress.
  • Empower parents and caregivers with tools, education, and confidence to support their child's development.
Collaborate with a Dedicated Team
  • Work alongside Early Childhood Educators, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Developmental Specialists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support.
  • Participate in team meetings, consultation, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with program and regulatory requirements.
