Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking dedicated Residential Youth Counselors to support and inspire adolescents in our residential treatment program in Pike, New Hampshire. Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise youth while modeling positive behavior
• Support daily routines, recreational activities, and life skills development
• Assist with individualized treatment plans and psychosocial education
• Provide emotional support and help youth develop healthy coping skills
• Document services, progress, and incidents accurately

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or 60 college credits, or relevant experience
• Two years of experience working with youth or seven years of parenting experience considered
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of background checks
