Pay:Up to $19hour
Schedule:Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday (4 consecutive days, 3 days off every week!)

About the Role

Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking compassionate Residential Youth Counselors
to mentor and support adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting. You’ll play a vital role in helping youth build coping skills, social skills, and confidence for a brighter future.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor youth, model positive behaviors, and manage crises.
  • Facilitate daily routines, recreational activities, and life skills training.
  • Support individualized treatment plans and document progress.

Build trusting relationships and provide emotional stability during challenging moments.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred; must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Affordable temporary shared employee housing is offered exclusively at our Campton and Pike, New Hampshire locations.
