The purpose of this job is to plan, set up, prepare shipments of materials, components, and finished goods to customers, internally, and third‑party warehouses. This position will monitor incoming shipments of materials and components and plan for storage accordingly.

• Review documentation/shipment and planning paperwork
• Set up and prepare product for shipping
• Move product in and around the shipping area
• Coordinate with appropriate shipping companies, schedule pick ups
• Load into/onto transport vehicles
• Resolve discrepancies with other departments relative to shipping issues
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed to perform job
• Operate fork trucks and pallet jacks
• Participate in maintaining ISO Certification and Lean events
• Receive in items and components physically and within the company ERP system.
• Utilize computers for entering information into ERP systems, emails, labels, and communicating with customers, vendors and team members.
• Positive Interactions with truck drivers and other externally facing customers, suppliers, and vendors.

• Former warehouse experience.
• Experience with fork trucks and pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills, emails, word documents are needed and ability to learn a warehouse ERP system are required.
• Ability to become forklift certified if not already.

• Ability to lift, push, and move 45 lbs.
• Ability to work with hand tools.
• Ability to bend, move between equipment, and aisles of product.
• Ability to drive a sit down and stand‑up forklift safely and efficiently.
• Ability to stand and move around production facility throughout entire shift if needed.
• Ability to sit at desk and conduct computer work for extended periods of time if needed.
