Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Transportation & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipping operations, fleet scheduling, routing, and transportation activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range
: $52,000-$62,000
Shift
:
Monday-Friday | 7am-3:30 / 8am-4:30pm
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Schedule and optimize transportation routes
- Work with carriers and freight providers to ensure on-time deliveries
- Collaborate with production teams to align shipping schedules
- Monitor fleet utilization and preventative maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, and transportation regulations
- Maintain transportation records, logs, and required documentation
- Handle customer service issues and resolve transportation-related concerns
- Investigate and report accidents and operational issues as needed
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, fleet operations, or shipping coordination required
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Knowledge of transportation safety and regulatory requirements preferred
