McLane is seeking Driver Trainees to learn the essential duties of a driver, including the distribution of products to customer locations and exposure to warehouse operations as part of development toward becoming a full driver.
Day 1 benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays and vacation, and a pay rate of $24.50 while in training; after training, drivers earn between $70,000 and $110,000 per year, with a 401(k) profit sharing plan after 90 days.
