McLane is seeking Driver Trainees to learn the essential functions of the Driver role and earn a CDL while gaining exposure to warehouse and operational tasks.
Starting pay during training is $24.50 per hour. After training, drivers earn $70,000 to $110,000 annually plus comprehensive Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid holidays and leave.
