Location: Litchfield
McLane is hiring Driver Trainees to learn essential functions of the driver role, including distribution of products to customer locations and exposure to warehouse operations during development into a McLane Driver.
Starting pay during training is $24.50/hour with benefits from Day 1. After training, typical earnings range between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan after 90 days.
