Essential Function
Transport live and processed lobster in timely and efficient manner between all company locations.
Duties & Responsibilities- Ensure timely pick ups/deliveries
- Keep goods organized and secure in truck at all times
- Transport pallet goods and packages from place of origin to assigned destination
- Assist with loading/unloading as needed
- Obtain BOLs/signatures to confirm and complete deliveries
- Communicate with logistics team
- Maintain detailed driving and delivery logs as needed
- Adhere to company rules and regulations
- Obey all applicable traffic laws and drive according to the weather/road conditions
- Other duties as assigned
- Valid Class B commercial driver's license required
- 6+ months of driving truck (a plus)
- Clean driving record with no moving violations
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
