McLane is hiring a Trainee Component Driver to train and develop a CDL-A driving career. From day one you’ll receive benefits, and training leading to earnings of $80,000 to $90,000+ after completing training. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 may apply, depending on experience.
You’ll operate a tractor-trailer, follow DOT rules, and support delivery to customers. The role requires a Class A CDL, willingness to load/unload, and strong safety focus.
