Job Overview
Location:Hooksett, NH
Schedule:Sunday–Wednesday, 11-hour shifts (1-hour break included)
Reports to:COO
We need a disciplined, computer-literate Operations/Dispatcher who can manage 30–35 delivery routes per day and support drivers in the field. This is a high-accountability role that requires structure, focus, and the ability to follow clear processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily dispatch and route support for 30–35 routes
- Respond to driver needs in real time while they are in the field
- Follow prescribed checklists and standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate communication and documentation
- Escalate issues appropriately and keep operations flowing
- Computer literate and comfortable with multiple systems
- Highly disciplined and process-oriented
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Available Sunday–Wednesday for 11-hour shifts
This is a core operations role with clear expectations and direct impact on daily performance.
