CDL Driver​/Laborer

Looking for a Hands-On Driver who thrives in a 'get-it-done' culture. This position requires a mix of professional driving and physical on-the-ground support. Perfect for the driver who prefers staying active over sitting in the cab all day. Entry Level CDL drivers encouraged to apply with Current CDL.

Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Safe Vehicle Operation:
  Navigate routes efficiently in assigned Class A or B vehicles, prioritizing road safety and DOT compliance.
• Active Site Participation:
  Transition seamlessly from the cab to the ground to lead or assist with loading, unloading, and site setup.
• Cargo & Equipment Management:
  Take ownership of securing loads using straps, chains, or binders; ensure all specialized gear is organized and ready for use.
• On-the-Ground Support:
  Partner with the field team on manual tasks directed by the site supervisor.
• Pre/Post-Trip Excellence:
  Conduct thorough vehicle and equipment inspections, reporting any mechanical issues immediately to ensure zero downtime.

• Valid CDL:
  Must possess a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License.
• Clean Driving Record: A solid MVR with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Medical Fitness:
  Current DOT Medical Card required.

• Lifting Ability:
  Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Stamina:
  Ability to remain physically active throughout the day, including climbing in/out of cabs and trailers and working in various weather conditions.
• Agility:
  Comfortable bending, kneeling, and reaching to secure cargo or perform equipment checks.
