Warehouse Specialist

Join Tru Team as a Warehouse Specialist where you will perform material handling duties for the warehouse.

• Load and unload installer trucks.
• Perform load-in/load-out activities and ensure company policies are followed.
• Pull and assemble customer orders and verify outbound orders for accuracy.
• Conduct inventory stock checks, restock vendor products, label items, and maintain displays.
• Move, store, and replenish material while conducting daily cycle counts.
• Receive and unload inbound material; process inbound shipments and stock material.
• Process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Maintain, clean, and organize the facility, including sweeping and trash removal.
• Inspect incoming material orders from approved vendors.
• Perform cycle counts and store items in an orderly manner.
• Secure loads to minimize damage and breakage.
• Make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Forklift certification.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours.

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.

Local travel; less than 25% of the time.
