Warehouse Associate – Contract to Hire

Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour (salary: $18.5 - $19 per hour)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (shift: First; work hours: 6:30 AM - 3 PM)

• Receiving & Unloading: efficiently unload incoming product boxes from freight containers.
• Inventory Accuracy: sort, organize, and scan premium products to ensure inventory data is precise.
• Palletizing: build secure, well‑structured product pallets for safe transit within the facility.
• Stowing: place organized pallets and stock into their designated warehouse storage locations.

  partner with cross‑functional warehouse teams to ensure daily shipping and receiving quotas are achieved.
• Unload truck container and separate product boxes onto designated pallets.
• Put away product boxes and pallets into predesignated storage locations.
• Assist in inventory accuracy and provide support to Shipping Reconciler.
• Assist in other functional areas of the warehouse when needed.

• The physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of an 8‑hour shift.
• The ability to comfortably and repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• A good work ethic, a “can‑do” attitude, and a proven track record of reliability.
• Working in a smoke‑free environment.
• Working in a non‑temperature controlled environment.
• Manual lifting up to 50lbs.
• Standing for 8 hours at a time.
