Warehouse Associate / Material Handler (2nd Shift)

Greenland, NH

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Schedule:

Sunday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Fridays & Saturdays OFF!)

Hiring Process:
Fast-Track Onboarding

• Receiving & Logistics:
  Efficiently receive, unload, and sort incoming freight and materials.
• Inventory Accuracy:
  Stage, scan, and organize products using RF scanners to maintain strict inventory control.
• Order Fulfillment:
  Securely pack, label, and palletize orders to ensure damage-free, accurate shipments.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with your crew to meet daily production, safety, and distribution targets.
• Pick internal orders using forklift and RF scanner.
• Separate product cartons by status, style, and quantity.
• Put away product cartons in predesignated storage locations using forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Provide support to all other functional areas of the warehouse when needed.
• Work in a smoke-free, non-temperature controlled environment.

• Physical stamina:
  Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for the duration of an 8‑hour shift.
• Lifting capacity:
  Ability to comfortably and repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work ethic:
  Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and a can‑do attitude.
• Background:
  Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving experience preferred; willingness to learn essential.
