: $700 – $900+ per week

• Pre‑shift meetings
• Stretching exercises before each shift
• Safety observations

• Communication with leadership
• Yard marshalling duties
• Path to management within the associate's career
• Handling receiving/unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, individually or in teams with minimal supervision
• High-level direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel; ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Oversee a specified area to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
• Move pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand

• High-energy individual with strong work ethic; fast‑paced work that is very physical
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
