As a Logistics Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, packaged properly, and shipped on time while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

** Primary responsibilities include:*
* + Preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders accurately and on schedule

+ Verifying product quantities and matching shipments to packing lists and shipping documentation

+ Generating shipping labels and completing required shipping paperwork

+ Staging and organizing outbound shipments for carrier pickup

+ Processing orders using warehouse management systems and shipping software

+ Operating manual and powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently

+ Working with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly shipping goals

+ Maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting discrepancies as needed

+ Performing additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned

Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, or shipping software is a plus

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

+ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

** Pay Details:**  $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
