Role Description: The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role based at our distribution center in Antrim, New Hampshire. The role will become full-time by the beginning of 2027. This role is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, staging, and shipping materials and finished goods. The Coordinator will manage inventory accuracy, prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation, break down pallets, pick and package orders, and work with carriers to schedule and track deliveries.

Other tasks include organizing warehouse space, ensuring proper labeling and documentation, monitoring stock levels, while collaborating with production, supply chain, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming pallets of product and materials, verifying counts and condition
• Conduct incoming QC procedures to ensure goods meet aesthetic and functional standards
• Pick, pack, and ship flooring orders accurately, securely, and on time
• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to load and unload freight trucks
• Support inventory tracking, management, and labelling, including maintenance of MRP software
• Coordinate freight deliveries, pick-ups, and carrier communications
• Organize and maintain warehouse space for efficiency, safety, and general upkeep

Qualifications:

• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and transportation partners.
• Solid Customer Service skills to help ensure accurate, timely deliveries and professional interactions with partners and carriers
• Inventory Management skills to maintain accurate stock records, product labelling, MRP software, and quarantine processes
• Experience working in shipping/receiving or warehouse with knowledge of material flow, shipping methods, and logistics best practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., operate a forklift, pallet jacks, and related equipment
• Enjoy a mix of physical work, technical systems, and logistical coordination in a clean, organized environment

• Employment Type: starting as part-time, moving to full time in January 2027
• Compensation: $20-$35/hr depending on experience and skills
