Distribution Center Supervisor

$54,000 - $55,000 per year

First shift, 8 AM - 4 PM

• Workflow Optimization:
  Design and maintain an organized facility layout to maximize space utilization and ensure a clean, efficient work environment.
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise, train, and mentor a team of up to 12 warehouse associates, monitor performance metrics, and provide constructive coaching to meet productivity goals.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Conduct regular safety audits, mitigate facility hazards, and ensure all team activities align with standard operating procedures and safety regulations (including MSDS compliance).
• Quality Control:
  Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper packaging to prevent transit damage.
• Inventory Management:
  Partner with leadership to coordinate routine cycle counts and manage the execution of comprehensive annual inventory audits.
• Process Improvement:
  Collaborate with management to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manual lifting of up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to manually lift up to 50 lbs.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to train and mentor associates.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and MSDS compliance.
• Experience with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Basic computer skills.
