Packaging Team Member

Marathon Staffing is hiring Packaging Team Members to support light industrial operations. In this role, you will package, label, and inspect products according to company standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include assembling boxes, loading and sealing packages, counting and sorting items, and preparing orders for shipment. You will follow written instructions, maintain a clean work area, and report any product or equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and seal products according to specifications
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing
• Assemble boxes and packaging materials
• Count, sort, and organize items for orders
• Prepare finished goods for shipment, including stacking and wrapping
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Read and follow work orders and written instructions
• Report product, inventory, or equipment issues to supervisor
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and packing targets
• Collaborate with team members and support general warehouse tasks
