Warehouse Picker

Marathon Staffing seeks Warehouse Pickers to support high-volume distribution operations. In this role, you will accurately pick and stage orders using handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and basic warehouse equipment. Responsibilities include reading pick tickets, locating and pulling products, verifying item numbers and quantities, and preparing pallets for shipping. You'll help maintain clean, safe work areas, follow OSHA and company safety procedures, and meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

This position suits reliable, detail-oriented workers comfortable with standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull products according to pick tickets or RF scanner instructions
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and locations for each order
• Stage, palletize, and wrap orders for shipment
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and general warehouse tasks
