We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. This role is essential to ensuring efficient warehouse management, accurate scheduling of installation crews, and smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials (glass panels, hardware, aluminum frames, etc.)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic counts
- Prepare and stage materials for upcoming installation projects
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with suppliers and project sites
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards are maintained
- Scheduling & Operations Support
- Schedule installation crews based on project timelines and priorities
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and field teams to confirm schedules
- Track project progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Communicate daily work plans and updates to installation teams
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain job files, delivery logs, and project documentation
- Assist with invoicing support, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
- Answer calls and emails related to scheduling, deliveries, and general inquiries
- Support management with reporting and operational tracking
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or similar tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic understanding of construction materials and jobsite coordination
- Experience in construction, glass installation, or a related trade
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or scheduling software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem‑solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Reliability and accountability
- Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and occasionally outdoors
