Responsibilities- s:
Assist the Manager, Accounting & Reporting with research of accounting literature and apply technical U.S. GAAP standards to complex business transactio - ns Monitor compliance with evolving accounting guidance, and assist with the implementation of new accounting pronouncemen
- ts Understand core processes and work cross functionally to track financial milestones, projects, and partnershi
- ps Assist with the preparation and issuance of SEC financial filings (i.e. Form 10-K, Form 10-Q) and other filin
- gs Update financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A using Active Disclosure softwa

- ss Assist with the quarterly financial review and year-end financial audit process, including internal control testi
- ng Assist with designated areas of the monthly close process (i.e. R&D accruals, equity & stock compensation, leases), including journal entry and account reconciliation preparati

The pay range represents the expected full-time base salary for this role at the time of posting. Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for both an annual short-term incentive (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity), reflecting our commitment to rewarding strong performance and long-term impact.
