The Opportunity

They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of client engagements, build meaningful relationships-- all while maintaining a manageable workload and flexible schedule.

What You'll Do

+ Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable standards

+ Handle individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns

+ Lead and support review and compilation engagements

+ Handle client accounting work including, but not limited to payables, receivables, bank and account reconciliations and journal entries.

+ Work directly with clients to provide insights and solve problems

+ Contribute to improving firm processes and client experience

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-eligible preferred but not required!)

3-6+ years of public accounting experience

Strong understanding of tax principles

Strong GAAP accounting knowledge

Ability to manage multiple engagements with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A team-oriented mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed
