Overview

Responsibilities- Hands-on involvement in budgeting, variance analysis, and departmental P&L reporting to better understand the drivers of the business.
- Serve as a key accounting partner to Operations, providing financial insight, system support, and cross-functional guidance to help improve business performance.
- Opportunity to improve processes, strengthen controls, and help scale the accounting function as the business continues to grow.
