Job Summary
Adecco is looking for an
** Administrative Assistant*
* ** that will
** provide administrative and operational support to the South Central One-Stop System, the Regional Director, and system staff. This role helps keep office operations running smoothly, maintains accurate records, and assists customers and job seekers.
** Mon - Fri (7:30 am - 4:30 pm)*
* ** Key Responsibilities*
* + File incoming Temporary Assistance for Needy Families and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act materials, including eligibility and verification documents, employment plans, progress reports, and copies of credentials, following the established filing system.
+ Search for and review information in files; maintain a file tracking system; keep files current; provide information from file records or remove files when requested; and purge files according to local, state, and federal regulations.
+ Collect Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act eligibility documents and schedule intake appointments with Career Advisors.
+ Cover the reception and career center areas as needed by answering phones, greeting customers, and assisting job seekers.
+ Provide administrative support and complete special projects as assigned by the Director and Managers.
** Requirements:*
* + High school diploma or General Educational Development certificate required.
+ 2+ years of experience in an office or administrative support role.
+ Strong organization and time-management skills.
+ Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
+ Customer service experience and good communication skills.
+ Basic computer and filing system skills.
** Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
