Job Summary
Valenti Ford is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator & Appointment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle warranties and coordinating customer appointments. This is a full‑time position in the auto industry located in Mystic, Connecticut. This is an individual contributor role with the potential for a monthly commission.
The compensation for this position is $20 per hour plus commission and pay will be distributed on a weekly basis.

- Managing and verifying all warranty claims with manufacturers and insurance companies
- Ensuring all warranty paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining thorough and organized warranty records
- Coordinating with customers to schedule service appointments, including follow‑up reminders
- Cashiering and closing repair Orders as needed
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer concerns or inquiries regarding warranty and appointments
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Staying updated on all warranty policies and procedures
- Helping to establish our Pickup & Delivery process in order to improve customer satisfaction and maintain Electric Vehicle Ford Model e standards
- CDK Experience Preferred
- CDK SMARTT Lane Experience Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warranty administration or customer service in the automotive industry preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software program
- Must have a valid driver's license
