Regional Scheduler
- Non-Mission Critical, Data Center Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Scheduler
- Non-Mission Critical to join our dynamic team within the Data Center operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless scheduling and coordination of non-mission critical activities across multiple data center locations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and maintain schedules for non-mission critical activities across regional data centers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of scheduled tasks.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in priorities, resource availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ensure compliance with established protocols, safety standards, and operational guidelines during scheduling and execution.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on schedules, progress, and any potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled activities, including timelines, resources, and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Support the development of contingency plans to mitigate risks associated with scheduling conflicts or delays.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or project management, preferably within data center operations or a similar technical environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with data center operations, safety protocols, and non-mission critical workflows is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or inefficiencies.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Day-to-Day
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and input for scheduling non-mission critical activities.
  • Create and distribute schedules, ensuring alignment with operational goals and timelines.
  • Monitor ongoing activities to ensure adherence to schedules and address any deviations promptly.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback on scheduling processes.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of schedules to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain a centralized database of schedules, records, and reports for easy access and reference.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming priorities.
