Administrative Assistant
Provides administrative support to the Executive Team, CIBH, and other individuals as needed. Meets and greets clients, staff, and external providers in person and via phone in a professional and welcoming manner. Performs clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and sorting mail. Customer service:
Address minor complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors. Maintains office organization for front entrance vestibule and kitchen areas. Schedules meetings/activities as indicated, monitors room reservations, and performs other duties as assigned. Part time - 10 hours a week, Monday - Friday - 8:30am
-10:30am. Business school graduate preferred. High school diploma considered if combined with sound computer training and minimum of three (3) years' experience in an office environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office and electronic record keeping. New Haven, CT Onsite Part Time $21.50 per hour
