New Reach Operations Team Assistant
Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team, including data entry, document organization, and filing (electronic and physical).
Assist with tracking work orders, service requests, and facilities-related tasks.
Support inventory management and supply coordination for programs and office needs.
Help maintain internal databases and spreadsheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist with scheduling, communications, and coordination across departments as needed.
Support special projects related to operational improvement, process documentation, or compliance tasks.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational operations.
Good interpersonal skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Outlook/Gmail)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions accurately.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Prior administrative or office experience (academic or volunteer) is preferred, but not required
Comfort working independently as well as part of a team
Operational hours of the New Reach offices are Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm. Applicants must have sufficient time available during the operational hours to work between 6-8 hours per week.
