Join our Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) R&D team to drive category strategy and strategic sourcing initiatives supporting lab consumables, equipment, and services across our global portfolio.
This role is responsible for developing and executing category management strategies, leading sourcing events, negotiating commercial agreements, optimizing supplier performance, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value, reduce risk, and ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
Requirements- 7+ years in Bio-Pharma strategic sourcing/ category management
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Experience in Lab Consumables, Equipment & Services categories
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive transformation
