At our industrial site in Carros, you will join the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team. As an intern, you will work in tandem with a Demand Planner Senior and contribute actively to the management of demand.

In this role, you will be at the heart of the company's strategy, interacting with the Commerce, Finance, and Production teams, while participating in the digital transformation of the Supply Chain.

Under the supervision of the Demand Planner Senior, you will be involved in the following missions:

• Contribute to the elaboration of sales forecasts, analyzing historical data and participating in the construction of the baseline.
• Participate in the preparation and facilitation of the S&OP cycle, particularly during monthly demand reviews with the Sales and Marketing teams (product launches, promotions).
• Analyze the performance of forecasts through key indicators (Forecast Accuracy, Bias) and contribute to the identification of discrepancies.
• Support the financial valuation of medium-term forecasts (24 months), in liaison with management control in an IBP logic.

• Participate in the deployment of an advanced planning solution (APS), particularly during the testing (UAT) and implementation phases.
• Contribute to the reliability and quality of the data necessary for the proper functioning of the tools.

• Participate in the creation and updating of dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to ensure real-time performance monitoring.
• Propose axes for improvement and contribute to the automation of existing monitoring tools and files.

Education & level:

• Student in Bac+5 (engineering school or specialized Master's in Supply Chain).
• First experience in an industrial environment (pharmaceutical, agro-food, or cosmetics), acquired through internships or academic projects, is an asset.

Technical skills (Hard skills):

• Strong appetite for data, with excellent mastery of Excel (dynamic cross-tables, advanced functions) and ease in handling data.
• Interest in ERP systems (SAP, M3) and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Operational level of English, allowing interaction with international counterparts.

• Rigor and analytical mind, with the ability to exploit and interpret data with precision.
• Curiosity and proactivity, with a willingness to understand, question, and propose improvements.
• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
