The VPNEHealthcare Operations Manager is a client facing role focused on managing the operational day to day necessities, including staffing, payroll, training and performance. Reporting to the Healthcare Director, this role will be fully engaged in the administration and execution of our healthcare support services program in conjunction with client needs and expectations while building and fostering a culture of care, support, and professionalism.
Position Summary & Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations to include staffing, scheduling, payroll, team member relations issues and concerns, etc.
- Facilitate communications with the client HR team to ensure onboarding and paperwork compliance with orientation scheduling
- Partnering with Recruiting and the People teams to attract and retain impressive people who provide exceptional service
- Understand “Client’s Definition of Success,” deliver it and present it in very impressive manner at every opportunity.
- Proactively work to anticipate and deliver clients expectations
- Work with the client to ensure ongoing hospital compliance of policies
- Maintain client service plans and execute tasks ahead of schedule.
- Review general ledger monthly, work with Healthcare Director to generate client invoices, and work with Finance to ensure client packages meet clients’ deadlines.
- Consistently maintain high service levels that exceed client needs.
- Regularly perform safety audits for all services lines and work closely with Training and Development to proactively reduce incidents.
- Serve as point of contact for any customer complaint/team member recognition and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure evaluations/reviews are proactively done on all VPNE Healthcare team members.

Qualifications:
Years of
Experience:
At least 3+ years of professional work experience in a supervisory role that requires leadership and training in a business setting
Language
Skills:
Proficient in English both verbally and written
Preferred
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Business or a related major and/or experience to match
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience with a leadership first attitude
- Strong communication abilities to all levels of organizations both internally and externally
- Training and development experience in new business settings preferred
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Strong aptitude for learning software
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Must be proactive, positive, and responsive with a genuine interest in the business development
- Impeccable guest service skills with a proven track record in problem-solving
