As a Superintendent, you will be the field leader responsible for ensuring that construction activities at retail and commercial sites progress safely, efficiently, and meet all project requirements. You’ll play a key role in managing subcontractors, enforcing standards, and delivering exceptional construction experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily construction operations across retail, restaurant, and commercial build-outs.
  • Supervise subcontractors, self-perform crews, and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety policies.
  • Coordinate schedule, deliveries, and resources to maintain project momentum and avoid delays.
  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications to execute work accurately.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and requirements to project management, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and mentor junior field staff.
  • Complete daily logs, safety meetings, photos, and required project documentation.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
  • Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and on-site logistics.

  • Proficiency with construction management software and mobile documentation tools preferred.
  • OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification
